QS Group Refrigerator Door Line
RANGE OF PRODUCTION
– On the basic offer configuration the line is predisposed to process different Door Dimensions inside the range below listed.
– On the Tools paragraph are quoted all tools required to process different Door dimensions and Model as required on the “Anderson Doors complexity matrix Summary Rev.1”.
Dimensions (finished door):
– Lengths: 450 ÷ 2000 mm
– Width: 600 ÷ 950 mm
MATERIALS
– Black steel; pre-painted; Stainless steel with or without protective film.
– Material thicknesses:
o All Model except Tall Twins: 0,45 – 0,58 mm. The line and tools will be set for only one thickness.
o Model Tall Twins: 0,58 – 0,75 mm. The line and tools will be set for only one thickness.
1° LINE) CYCLE TIME OF 12 S. FOR DOUBLE AND/OR SINGLE DOORS SYSTEM OUTPUT
– Cycle time: For two doors (fridge and freezer) and/or one door: 12 seconds at 100%.
– Efficiency: 98%.
– Line output: Batch production.
Set up:
Between the same models:
– Length: automatic set up with a set up time of 1 minute.
– Width: automatic set up with a set up time of 3 minutes .
Between the different models:
– Semiautomatic set up for changing manually:
• The tools on the punching bench between the models Bronco Arched/Square and Tail Twins.
• N. 2 tools on the corners flanging station for the Bronco Arched Model with Hidden Hinges.
• The tools on the corners flanging station.
For the rest of the stations the set up is automatically. Moreover as an option are offered:
– Automatic changeover system for Long sides bending machine
– Automatic changeover system for Corners Flanging station.
Note:
The line process the sheets from the beginning to the end of the line with the esthetical surface upward.
EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION POS. A 1) LOADING STATION
The station consists of:
N. 2+2 lateral shuttles equipped with pallets where the sheets are stored. The shuttles are longitudinal movable by electric motor outside the protection to load the sheets without stop the line.
N. 1 transfer to pick up the sheet from the pallet and place it on a brush plane. Electrical transversal movement and vertical movements. Suction cups groups for sheet lifting. Electronic device for double sheets detect.
Magnetic separators.
N. 1 sheet centering table used to center the parts before longitudinal manipulator takes it.
The centering system is able to center the blank sheet:
• in the central longitudinal axis in order to divide the same tolerance on right and left door sides.
• in the central transversal axis in order to divide the same tolerance on top and bottom door sides.
The sheet is supported by a brush plane during its longitudinal movements to the punching bench.
Note:
We assume that the blank sheets are loaded on the station with the esthetical surface upward.
POS. A 2) PUNCHING BENCH STATION
The station performs all corners blanking and punching holes on door long sides.
The panel is centred on the loading station before its transferring trough the punching bench. The metal sheet is moved on the station, step by step, on longitudinal axis to perform all holes and to process all panel lengths automatically.
The station consists of:
Electro-welded metal frame.
Electronic manipulators actuated by brushless motors moves the metal sheet from the centering station through the punching bench. The manipulator is equipped with mechanical clamps to hold the panel on head and tail. The clamps distance are automatic settable in order to process different door lengths.
Metal conveyor for scraps unloading.
N. 2 lateral shoulders transversal movable by servomotor installed on the left and right sides of the punching bench to process the door left and right sides. On the shoulder are installed:
o N. 1+1 hydraulic units where are installed the tools common Bronco Arched Model, Upright U20 and the Bronco Square for blanking the upper-lower corners and pre- dividing the fridge and freezer doors.
